Entry Method:

Watch the Reel videos posted on the Company's official Instagram account "@kyotohachise" (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Account"). After watching the videos, fill in the required information and submit the entry form on the Campaign website to complete the entry.

Eligibility:

• ● Participants must be able to watch the quiz videos on Instagram.
• ● Participants must have a valid email address to receive the prize.
• ● Participants must provide accurate contact information to receive the prize.
• ● Participants must be able to read the notification of winning in Japanese or English.

Notification of Winners:

Winners will be selected through a fair lottery process. Winners will be notified via email to the address provided by the Company by the end of March 2024.

Winning notifications will be sent in Japanese or English.

If the email address provided is incorrect or if the Company is unable to send an email to the winner for any reason, the winning entry will be invalidated.

If duplicate entries from the same individual are discovered after providing contact information, the duplicate winnings will be invalidated.

The rights obtained through winning are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Please note that we will not respond to inquiries regarding the lottery or lottery results.

Reselling of the Campaign prizes is prohibited. If such actions (including attempts to resell) are discovered, the winning entry may be invalidated.

The Company and the Campaign office are not responsible for any troubles arising from the resale of Campaign prizes.

The design, color, specifications, and contents of the prizes are subject to change.

We cannot accommodate exchanges, cash exchanges, returns, etc., for the prizes won.

The Campaign may be canceled or the contents may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances. Please understand this in advance.

Prohibited Acts:

• Acts that infringe upon the property, privacy, portrait rights, or other legally protected rights of the Company or others.
• Acts of providing information, advertising, or solicitation for profit.
• Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate for the purpose of the Campaign.

Others:

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary and to take any measures necessary to ensure the fair operation of the Campaign.

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to comply with the Company's operating methods and will not object to them.

Regardless of the circumstances, the Company and the Campaign office shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by customers due to the use or inability to use the Campaign site, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company or the office.

The Company reserves the right to claim damages from customers for any violations of these terms and conditions.

The Campaign may end without notice.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.

All disputes related to the Campaign shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
